After completion of immigration formalities at the Kathmandu Airport exit door, you will be met by our representative and get transferred to Nagarkot, which is around one and a half hours drive. Evening free for leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Nagarkot.

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to Pokhara. On the way, stop at Bhaktapur Dubar Square. Later continue your drive to Pokhara. On arrival in Pokhara, check in at the hotel. Early in the morning, you will be taken to Sarangkot, a village just above Pokhara and about 13 Kms away from Lakeside, famous for great views of the Himalayas and Pokhara Valley on clear days, weather permitting. To confirm the trek/tour package, we want a deposit of at least 20% of the total tour/trek fee. The remaining balance must be paid when you arrive in Nepal. We take Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, and other major credit cards. The total cost of a Bhutan and Tibet tour must be paid in full at the time of booking.
We strongly advise you to purchase a SIM card for reliable internet access throughout Nepal. Nepal Telecom (owned by the government) and NCELL (owned by the private sector) are the two main SIM card providers in Nepal. It is preferable to get a SIM card at an airport, where staff will assist with activation and data plan purchases. If you have a SIM card, it will be easier for you to contact us and locate our airport agent.
You can charge your electrical devices at hotels and lodges because there are no power outages. In the Himalayan region, however, hotel owners may levy a nominal fee.

Indian nationals do not require any visa for Nepal. A permit will be issued at the entry point on the production of a passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure) or Voter ID (the only valid document for issuing the Nepal Entry permit). The traveler should also carry a copy of the travel documents and 04 passport-sized photographs. An original Birth certificate in English and student ID are required for children. ADHAR CARD/ PAN CARD / DRIVING LICENSE IS NOT A VALID DOCUMENT TO TRAVEL TO NEPAL BY AIR.
